In our coordinator programme, we have participants from many different industries, and we welcome everyone regardless of age and professional experience. Course structure and price
During this 30-day online course, you will be prepared for your next job. The programme consists of 13 modules, each designed to strengthen your competencies. Read more about each module below.
1. Job related use of operating systems on PC
In this course on job-related use of operating systems on a PC, you will gain knowledge of both basic functions and specific work tools such as Teams and OneDrive/SharePoint.
You will learn how to navigate a program’s user interface, as well as how to save, move, delete, copy, and locate files such as documents. We focus on creating and organizing folders, while also giving you insight into the differences between various program and file types.
The use of Teams and OneDrive/SharePoint is a central part of the course, strengthening your workflows and giving you a solid start to the programme.
Duration: 2 days.
2. Personal development for work and education
After the course, you will have acquired new knowledge and be motivated to continue your professional and personal development.
You will be prepared to meet the changing demands of the workplace and adapt to new challenges.
You will be able to set clear goals for your own qualifications and education, ensuring they match your needs within your field.
You will learn to manage development dialogues, build relationships, and handle challenges when facing resistance.
You will gain an understanding of the psychological mechanisms that either support or hinder clear communication.
Duration: 5 days.

3. Communication as a management tool
After completing the course Communication as a Management Tool, you will, as a coordinator, be aware of the importance of communication in your role and understand the factors that influence communication processes in both physical and digital environments.
You will be able to convey your messages effectively and use different forms and channels of communication, helping you achieve constructive dialogue with employees, management, and partners.
The course provides you with the tools to navigate complex communication situations and ensure that information flows smoothly in all directions.
Duration: 2 days.
4. AI Systems for commercial tasks, basic
Understand and leverage the potential of generative AI while gaining control of data protection and proper data handling.
Learn to use AI technologies to create effective texts, images, data, and much more to improve your daily work.
Gain competencies in applying AI to solve tasks within your field, such as communication, case processing, sales, logistics, marketing, and finance.
Learn to work with AI systems with a focus on avoiding bias and ensuring accuracy in generated materials.
Understand the fundamental principles behind LLMs (Large Language Models) and learn to choose the AI tools that best support your work needs.
Become proficient in using generative AI to create value and efficiency in your daily workflow, while protecting data and handling information correctly.
Duration: 2 days.
5. Circular business understanding – Administrative employees
As a sales, trade, or administrative employee, you will gain knowledge of circular business models, such as circular value chains, recycling, and relevant industry legislation. This will enable you to contribute to your company’s green transition in collaboration with your colleagues.
Duration: 2 days.
6. Management of teams/production groups
In this course, you will learn how to organize and lead teams or production groups at an operational level. You will be able to adapt your leadership style to the team’s purpose and stage of development, and you will learn to analyze what the group needs in order to grow.
You will also gain practical techniques to strengthen collaboration and team dynamics, enabling you to achieve better results together.
Duration: 3 days.
7. The employee as a participant in change processes
You will learn to apply tools and methods that support change processes in relation to your daily work – whether you are skilled or unskilled.
You will gain an understanding of your own role in change processes and take an active part in improving and optimizing work organization, problem-solving processes, and other dynamic processes relevant to your job function.
Duration: 2 days.
8. Meeting management
After completing the course, the participant will be able to plan, conduct, and lead various types of meetings—both in-person and virtual—with a focus on creating value for the organization and meaningful outcomes for the participants.
The participant will be able to define clear objectives for meetings and develop a well-structured plan, ensuring that both the meeting process and its results create value for all involved parties.
Duration: 1 day.
9. Conflict management and difficult conversations for leaders
In the course Conflict Management and Difficult Conversations for Leaders, you will, as a coordinator, gain an understanding of how conflicts arise, develop, and how the involved parties may react.
You will be able to prevent and manage conflicts in the workplace and conduct conversations with potential for conflict, even if you do not have a formal leadership role.
The course provides you with the necessary tools to navigate challenging situations and contribute to a better working environment.
Duration: 2 days.
10. Email for professional use
Improve your email communication skills using Outlook and learn how to manage your tasks effectively online.
You will become familiar with sending and receiving emails, attaching files, and organizing your inbox.
You will also learn to use Outlook’s electronic calendar and manage your contacts. You will be able to use Outlook for both internal and external communication in your daily tasks.
You will learn how to write clear and reader-friendly emails, use links and attachments correctly, and make use of other online communication tools such as chat.
You will become proficient in using Outlook for planning tasks and applying it in both internal and external communication and collaboration.
Duration: 2 days.
11. Presentation techniques in administrative functions
Learn how to plan and deliver professional presentations in an administrative context. During the course, you will work on structuring your message, adapting content to your audience, and using relevant presentation tools to ensure your presentation is clear, engaging, and persuasive.
You will gain practical experience in presenting a professional topic or project, as well as receive feedback on your presentation to help you develop your personal communication style.
Duration: 3 days.
12. Online customer service and advisory
Learn how to use online services and platforms, including web-based forums and networks, to communicate with and provide service to a company’s customers, suppliers, and partners.
You will learn how to guide and advise customers on products and services, while ensuring compliance with legal requirements related to electronic marketing and trade.
To deliver optimal and integrated service, you will be able to communicate with and support customers regarding websites, blogs, e-newsletters, email, and by phone. You will also be able to assess when personal face-to-face advice would be beneficial.
Duration: 2 days.
13. Professional procurement in the company
After completing the course, you will be able to participate in and carry out operational procurement. You will be able to manage the purchasing process from purchase order to invoice control, including quality-related aspects of procurement.
You will be able to define relevant key performance indicators based on the company’s delivery service.
You will gain the tools to contribute to the development of procurement processes and workflows, with a focus on the company’s delivery performance, and take part in setting and monitoring key metrics for the procurement function.

If you are unemployed and entitled to 6 weeks of job-oriented training, your job center or unemployment insurance fund (a-kasse) may grant you access to an AMU course and cover the cost.
If you do not have a higher education degree, the programme costs DKK 6,540.
If you have a higher education degree, the programme costs DKK 18,101.99.

The course is subject to the applicable AMU legislation and the Executive Order on reimbursement and grants for participation in vocational adult education and training.
Each module in the coordinator programme concludes with an AMU assessment.

Practical information
Who can attend this course?
At DEKRA, everyone is welcome regardless of experience or industry. Our online daytime training programme is tailored for unemployed individuals who want to strengthen their competencies and improve their job opportunities.
Teaching is adapted to participants’ different backgrounds and levels, ensuring that everyone gains relevant and practical knowledge. No matter where you are in your career, we make sure you receive the support and tools you need to move forward in the job market.
Anyone can participate in the course; however, if you are employed, it cannot be funded through your unemployment insurance fund or job centre.
Do I have to take an exam?
At DEKRA, you avoid large final exams. Instead, your learning is continuously assessed through smaller written assignments such as case work and multiple-choice tests. These are based on the teaching and designed so that everyone can participate. Therefore, there is no final exam.
Who can get job-oriented training approved by the unemployment fund?
The Coordinator Programme is included on the national Positive List. This means that, as an unemployed participant, you may be eligible for approval for 6 weeks of job-oriented AMU training if you are:
- Unskilled: You have completed at most primary school (compulsory education) and possibly upper secondary education.
- Skilled: You have a vocational qualification, such as electrician, graphic designer, chef, or sales assistant.
- Skilled + short higher education: You have a vocational qualification and a short-cycle higher education, such as AP Graduate in Computer Science, laboratory technician, or business academy graduate.
Technical requirements for the online programme
- Access to a PC with Office 365 or Office 2016/2019 installed
- Your computer must have a webcam, microphone, and speakers
Assessment of basic skills
You can have your skills in reading, writing, arithmetic, and mathematics assessed, and receive guidance on relevant learning opportunities if needed.
Assessment of basic skills is a free offer for anyone working within job areas where AMU courses are available.
